Unlike many recruitment companies who simply impose a 'one size fits all' assignment model on its clients, we believe that the client's needs must come first.
In practice this means that we never make any recommendations about the best way to recruit to a particular role until we have undertaken a full client
briefing. Getting to know the client, the company culture, organisational structure and fully understanding the role and where it fits in the company are, for
us, all essential pre-requisites ensuring that we get it right first time.
Flexible Fee Structure
For many years virtually every recruitment company or consultancy has charged its clients a percentage of the first year's salary, usually payable in two
or three stages. We believe that this pricing model is unfair and unjustified. Now there is a real alternative. We offer a completely transparent fee
structure which is based on a flat fee or project day-rate and therefore truly reflects the actual work undertaken.
